Transaction number (TAN)
You will need a transaction number (TAN) to place an interlibrary loan request via DigiBib.
TANs are available in all library units of the RPTU University Library at the respective service desk. Cost center users can have the required TANs sent to them using the forms below (this can also be done as a collective order via the respective secretariats).

In Kaiserslautern, you can log in to the DigiBib via Shibboleth with your RPTU account.
In Landau, please use your library card number and the corresponding password to log in.
The pure research function is also available to you without registration. To be able to use all databases and online documents, you must be in the RPTU IP area or connected via VPN.
If you are authorized for another library account, you can also place interlibrary loan requests for this person.
For users in Kaiserslautern who do not have an RPTU account but would still like to order interlibrary loans: Please use one of the following forms, depending on what you would like to order.
Items not obtainable through the Interlibrary Loan Service:
- Literature required for non-scientific purposes
- Works of particular value
- entire journal issues and generally also journal volumes
- loose-leaf editions, encyclopedias, reference works
- Diploma, master's and admission theses and the like
- Electronic resources (e-books, often also CD-ROMs etc.)
- Copies of newspaper articles, copies from “newsstand” journals, contributions from books with more than 10 percent of the volume (§ 60e UrhWissG)
