KLUEDO and Disciplinary Repositories
Repositories are document servers on which scholarly materials are archived and made available free of charge. A distinction is made between institutional and disciplinary repositories (https://open-access.network/en/information/publishing/repositories).
The university library supports the Green and Platinum path of open access with KLUEDO, the certified repository of the RPTU. Associates of the RPTU can make their publications accessible worldwide, whether in the form of a first publication or a secondary one. This service is offered free of charge.
Disciplinary depositories, by contrast, are trans-institutional. They are available to scientists and scholars to publish and archive their works on specific subjects, for example, in a specialist discipline (https://open-access.network/en/information/publishing/repositories).
