- What exactly were you trying to find or do? Briefly describe how you proceeded.
- What exactly is not working? Does an error message appear?
- Which browser are you using?
- If it involves accessing e-media or databases, is your access via Shibboleth login, remote access via VPN (Full Tunnel?), or from the campus network (KL or LD?)? Which IP address is displayed?
- If you cannot find or access a title in full text, please tell us the specific title.
- Attach a screenshot of the page to your request.

Databases and Reference Works
Take advantage of the university library's wide range of databases in all subject areas. You can choose from various database types such as bibliographic databases, full-text, factual or image databases. Our entire offer can be found via our Database Information System (DBIS).
In addition, the library has a selection of printed reference works searchable via our Katalog+.
