Are you under time pressure? The deadline for your scientific work is approaching and you still urgently need a research paper? The library is your competent partner for fast document delivery. The Central Information takes over the complete order processing for you, among other things the availability of the desired title is checked, after a "success ranking" a supplier is chosen and there is information about prices and invoice processing.

What is KLUB direkt?

The direct ordering service KLUB direkt offers a guaranteed and fast delivery of article copies, parts of books and technical standards (except DIN standards).

How fast is a direct order?

Service time: max. 72 hours

Processing times are guaranteed. Processing times are working days, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

How much does a direct order cost?

Basic fee	3,00 €
Delievery fee	5,50 - 7,50 € (depending on delivery library and license agreement with the publisher)

How is it delivered?

Due to copyright law, delivery of the electronic full text is not possible. If you require delivery as an electronic document, you can place your order directly with Subito.

Where can I pick up my order?

Your KLUB direkt order will be provided to you in the Central Library, Building 32 in Kaiserslautern.

How is payment made?

Payment is possible via cost center or in cash. If you choose invoicing via cost centre, we may also be pleased to send you copies by in-house mail.
