You can log in using the access data to your RHRK account (Link: https://www.rhrk.uni-kl.de/accounts) [without “@rhrk.uni-kl.de“].
How do I book a room?
- In the calendar area you can select the day for which you want to make a reservation.
- Select the room for which you want to make a booking using the drop-down below the display of the selected date.
- Select the desired table number and the desired period of time to suit the maximum number of persons allowed.
- The display switches to the detailed display of the booking.
- If two green check marks are displayed to the right of "Save", you can make the booking by clicking on "Save".
- In the overview, your own reservations are displayed without square brackets in a stronger red tone.
How do I see my bookings?
- In the overview display your own reservations are shown in bright red and the word "Reserved" (without square brackets).
- You get an overview of your reservations by clicking on your account name in the header area.
- Another way to get an overview of your bookings: enter your account name in the search slot (header area) and press Enter.
How do I delete my room booking?
- Click on the desired reservation. (To get an overview of your reservations click on your account name in the header area)
- Click on "Delete entry" in the window that opens.
What happens if two different groups want to book the same room?
Whoever has completed the booking first will be awarded the contract. The other group must choose another room.
